Basically Ben needs to start earning enough money for me to quit my job and open that independent bookstore I’ve been dreaming of.

My brother finally got a job last month. It was actually his old job that called him up and was starting some new department and wanted him to head it up. I’m actually somewhat looking forward to the big snow they’re predicting in the next couple of days because I can have a day off of work.
It’s sad because:
(1) I hate snow
(1)(a) I hate cold and winter in general
(2) Winter is what’s putting me in this mood so more wintry conditions are probably not something to be looking forward to.

I don’t want to go to work tomorrow. Like I know everyone always sort of feels like it but this last month at work has been so difficult for like, no discernible reason. I really feel like it’s weather related at least partly.

Something I’ve noticed, certain commenters just seem completely determined to find offense with what Moglo writes. I honestly am mystified. Calling out a mean tone or snarking in articles where I really see no evidence of either.
I mean I like Moglo but I don’t feel like I’m in a level of romantic love with her where I would be blind to instances of mean snarkiness.

Being in Ann Arbor on Friday I was slightly alarmed all over again by how very very very young those undergrads seemed.
